Football, also known as soccer in some countries, is a popular sport played worldwide. It is a team sport in which two teams of 11 players each compete against each other to score goals. The sport has a massive following and is known for its passionate fans, competitive leagues, and prestigious tournaments such as the FIFA World Cup and UEFA Champions League.
